BBA graduate with a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management. I began my career in aviation at InterGlobe Technologies supporting IndiGo Airlines as client, then moved into hospitality at Hyatt Ahmedabad and Marriott Bangalore — industries where uptime, service reliability, and handling failure under pressure are non-negotiable daily realities.
I transitioned into IT as a Technical Support Engineer at Concentrix, progressed to Cloud Operations Engineer at Accenture, and currently serve as Systems Administrator at Xceedance. Holder of a Post Graduate Certification in Cloud & DevOps from Intellipaat in association with IIT Roorkee.
I design and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS — VNet architecture, VM and VMSS provisioning, AKS and EKS Kubernetes workloads, Docker containerisation, database migration, storage lifecycle, disaster recovery, infra monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana, and full CI/CD pipelines with Terraform, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions. I accelerate delivery using GitHub Copilot and Cursor as part of my daily engineering workflow.
